These are basically put here so that if you are attuned to an element, you do have a weakness, which you have to choose for your character. If you fire two spells at one another three things can happen. If the element is the same (eg Thunder and Thunder) the spells will negate and nothing will have happened. If two spells are used and one is elementally stronger than the other (eg Fire and Wind) the stronger one will absorb the power from the other spell and be used against their opponent. Finally the last one is if they don't relate to one another (eg Darkness and Wind) the two will go right through one another and continue there way towards their target. Think carefully about what spells you choose, try to create a balance.

Apocalypse (Single effect on a target, slowly spreads damage each post)
Holy (High powered blast, almost instant death, double damage to Darkness attuned enemies)
Moon - Meteor (Most powerful magic, also damages user.)
Nature - Genesis (Similiar to Holy, less damage and heals user)
Status Elements
Silence - Stops spell casting for three posts
Blind - Lowers visibility drastically for three posts
Break -Petrifies weak opponents, i.e. heartless, nobodies
Curse - Can't use Limit/Special Attacks for three posts
Zombie - Can't heal using Cure for the rest of battle
Poison - Will lose a small amount of HP for three posts
OK, that gets the spells out of the way, now for the actual weaknesses and strengths of the elements.

Fire > Wind > Earth > Lightning > Ice > Water > Fire
Fire defeats Wind because Wind fuels Fire making it stronger and more heated and allowing it to carry on burning.
Wind defeats Earth because the earth is blown away by the strong winds caused.
Earth Defeats Lightning because the ground is solid and so Lightning simply travels through it not cuasing any damage.
Ice defeats Water for its cold touch turns Water into Ice and thus absorbing it.
Water defeats Fire for it suffocates the oxygen in the fire so it will stop burning.

Nature > Moon > Nature
Nature as in Mother nature as in a planet, defeats Moon because they are of opposing qualities.
Moon as in the galaxy and stars defeat nature because they are of opposing qualities.

Space > Time > Space
Space as in gravity, defeats Time for it supresses its uses to control time.
Time defeats Space because it causes the gravity to reverse itself due to Time.

Darkness > Light > Darkness
Darkness defeats Light because it swollows it whole leaving no light available.
Light defeats Darkness because it pierces through the darkness with strong rays of light.

The other elements like Radiance, Forbidden Spell (Non-Elemental) have no positive or negative effects. All the Forbidden Spells will over power all the element spells apart from the Forbidden Elements like Firaja, Aeroja and Gravija.
